The above petitions are posted today for "being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of filing petitions, she has given wrong number as H.M.O.P.No.117 of 2010 instead of H.M.O.P.No.4 of 2011, which is pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Attur. But H.M.O.P.No.117 of 2010 was transferred and re-numbered as H.M.O.P.No.4 of 2011 and the same was pending before the Sub-Court, Attur. Therefore, she prayed that both the cases viz., H.M.O.P.No.60 of 2009 and H.M.O.P.No.4 of 2011, which are pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Attur may be transferred to the file of Sub-Court, Cuddalore for joint trial. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, para-10 of the order dated 18.08.2015 in Tr.C.M.P.Nos.540 and 541 of 2015, is modified as follows:

"10.Accordingly, both the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed. H.M.O.P.Nos.60 of 2009 and 4 of 2011 pending before the Sub-Court, Attur, are ordered to be transferred to the file of the Principal Sub-

Court, Cuddalore for joint trial. The Presiding Officer, R.MALA,J.

kj Principal Sub-Court, Cuddalore, is directed to dispose of the same within a period of one year from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. No costs. "

4. Registry is directed to carry out the same in order dated 18.08.2015 and issue fresh order copy incorporating the above. 05.11.2015 kj Tr.C.M.P.Nos.540 and 541 of 2015
