O R D E R
When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel would submit that the matter has been settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras on the basis of the joint compromise memo dated 22.07.2019 filed by them signed by both the parties and the respective counsels 2.Both the learned counsel requested this Court to give a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the pending H.M.O.P. No.19 of 2017 before the Sub Court, Thiruchengode on the basis of the joint memo filed by them.
3.Accordingly, the Tr.C.M.P. is disposed of with the above direction. The Joint memo of compromise dated 22.07.2019 shall form part of the order. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P. No.10758 of 2019 is closed.
4.The learned Subordinate Judge, Thiruchengode is directed to take up the case and dispose of the same expeditiously in the manner known to law.
