This criminal original petition has been filed praying to quash the entire proceedings pertaining to CC.No.9 of 2025 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Sriperumbudur.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
