Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.RAJENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.5 of the order dated 28.04.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7334 of 2021.
2. This Court, vide order dated 28.04.2021, directed the petitioners to report before the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruttani daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioners have not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
4. Considering the submissions made by the Government Advocate (Crl side) that the petitioners have not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
