O R D E R

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 10.08.2015.

2. The petitioner/defacto complainant made a complaint dated 10.08.2015 against one Tamilmani alleging that the said Tamilmani trespassed into the property of the petitioner and putting up illegal construction. Though C.S.R has been assigned, subsequently, there is no progress in the case. Hence, the petitioner came forward to file this petition.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the investigation conducted by the respondent police it reveals that the petitioner and the counter petitioner are claiming right over a property belonging to the Highways Department and in this regard, clarification has been sought from the Tahsildar and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

once the reply is received from the Tahsildar, the respondent will proceed with further action in accordance with law

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the opinion that there is no need to give any specific direction to the respondent. Hence, recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed.
