ORDER

At the hearing on 10.07.2023, it was recorded that notice was served on the first respondent on 28.06.2023. In spite of printing the name of the first respondent in the cause list, there is no representation for the first respondent at today's hearing. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the status of Trademark No.2110042 as on 10.07.2023. The document evidences that the registration of the Trademark was renewed up to 04.03.2021. In view of the non renewal of the registration, no adjudication is necessary in this matter. However, the trademarks Registry is directed to take necessary steps to rectify the register as regards Trademark No.2110042. This exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
