This petition has been filed to call for the records made in FIR Crime No.513 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Edapadi Police Station, Edapadi, Salem District and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of investigation in Crime No.513 of 2020, the first respondent filed a final report on 02.07.2020, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Edapadi, Salem District. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
