Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.N.38/Ma.Mu/2020 dated 26.05.2022 and quash the same and direct the second respondent not to evict the petitioner from his shop 1/5
in Shop No.41 & E.8, Nehru Stadium, Coimbatore - 641 018 without following due process of law.

C O M M O N O R D E R Since the issue involved in these writ petitions are one and the same, they are heard together and disposed of by way of a common order.
2.The respective petitioners are allotted property in the premises belonging to Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu, Coimbatore Region. Now the Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu, Coimbatore Region, is asking the petitioners to pay arrears of rent and issued eviction notice to the petitioners. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners have filed these writ petitions.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted 2/5
that the petitioners are ready to pay the admitted lease rent to the Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu, Coimbatore Region and prayed this Court to give three months time for the petitioners to vacate the premises.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that this Court may grant time for the petitioners to vacate the premises, however, if there is any difference in the rental amount, this Court may grant liberty to the Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu, Coimbatore Region, to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
5.In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to pay the admitted lease rent to the Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu, Coimbatore Region and vacate the premises within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there is any difference in the rental amount, the Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu, Coimbatore Region, is at liberty to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.

6.The writ petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
