ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 18.06.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 392 of IPC in Cr.No.545 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant loaded his Eicher Lorry registration No.KA 26 7456 with iron dust and proceeded toward Chennai. While crossing Chettipalli, unknown persons came in a car and taken away the lorry worth about Rs.3,25,000/-. The respondent police registered a case against the petitioner based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the respondent police have seized the subject property from the petitioner and there are three previous cases pending against him similar in nature.

case and also of the fact that the petitioner is a habitual offender and there are three previous cases pending against him, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. -sd/- 08/07/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
