This Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the petitioner / husband against the order dated 05.04.2019 passed by the learned VII Additional Principal Judge, Chennai in M.C.No.355 of 2015, thereby fixing the monthly maintenance at Rs.3,000/- to the respondent / wife from the date of maintenance case.

2.Today when the matter is listed, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that both the petitioner and the respondent are now living together and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.
