This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioners to condone the delay of 186 days in filing the above writ appeal.

Heard Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners.

Though respondents 1 and 2 served and their names printed in the cause-list, none appears for the respondents.

Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay of 186 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

The civil miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.

The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
