Heard Mr.C.D.Johnson, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.
2. This revision petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of O.S.No.664 of 2011 within a time frame being fixed by this Court.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has Page No.1/4
filed O.S.No.664 of 2011 for partition. After completion of pleadings, the matter was posted for evidence and subsequently the matter was stayed, on account of pendency of the appeal and the appeal suit was also disposed of and the same was brought to the notice of the learned Judge.
4. Considering the circumstances, if at all the stay order has already been vacated, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore is directed to expedite the trial in O.S.No.664 of 2011 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
