PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to issue a direction directing the 2nd Respondent not to harass the Petitioner in respect of the alleged an unregistered sale agreement, dated 09.11.2020 entered between the Petitioner and the 3rd Respondent and to pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the fact and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to issue a direction directing the 2nd Respondent not to harass the Petitioner in respect of the alleged unregistered sale agreement, dated 09.11.2020 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

entered between the Petitioner and the 3rd Respondent.

2. This Court by the order dated 09.07.2021 had directed the petitioner to hand over the advance amount to the third respondent on or before 20.07.2021 and it is found that CSR.No.284 of 2021 is pending against the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not taken his advice and not complied with the same.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives further for adjudication in this matter. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

5. The respondent police is directed to proceed with the enquiry in CSR, on enquiry if cognizable offence made out to register a case, conduct investigation and dispose the same in accordance with law.
