The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, though this miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 436 days in filing the petition to set aside the order passed in the main writ petition on 21.11.2008, the learned counsel would submit that, the issue raised in the main writ petition itself has become infructuous and therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. 2.In view of the said submission, this miscellaneous petition is closed.
