C.M.P.No.14416 of 2022 in C.M.A.Sr.No.55159 of 2022 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 707 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.Sr.No.55159 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.M.Malar, learned counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondent-1.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 707 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.Sr.No.55159 of 2022 is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission. The Registry is also directed to print the name of Ms.M.Malar, as learned counsel for the claimant, when the matter is listed for admission.
