Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition 8 B (VIII B) imposed by this Hon'ble Court vide orders dated 06.05.2022 in Crl.OP.10801/2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.MADHU, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 06.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.10801 of 2022 to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate VII, Coimbatore, daily at 5 p.m. until further orders. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate VII, Coimbatore, once in a week i.e. on every Monday at 5 p.m. until further orders. -sd/- 10/06/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
