COMMON ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned refusal order in Refusal No.RFL/Hosur/6/2024 dated 17.4.2024 passed by the respondent in refusing to register the sale deed dated 24.01.2024 executed by the petitioner and others and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to register the sale deed dated 24.01.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to filing of the Writ Petition, the sale deed has been registered by the respondent and nothing survives in this Writ Petition for adjudication.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. 12.06.2024 2/4
