This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 428 days in filing the criminal appeal against the above said judgement dated 02.12.2023 in Special S.C.No.22 of 2018, on the file of the Sessions Judge Magalir Neethimandram, Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruppur.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
