O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of their surrender, in connection with Crime No.61 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. Considering the submissions made and upon perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that the petitioners and the defacto complainant are neighbors. Due to a dispute relating to the parking of a vehicle, a quarrel arose.

4. It is now submitted that the dispute between the petitioners and the defacto complainant has been resolved amicably. The co-accused have already been granted bail by the Special Court in Crl.M.P.No.791 of 2026.

5. In view of the above, there shall be direction to the learned 2/4

Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, to consider the bail application of the petitioners, preferably on the same day of their surrender, in connection with Crime No.61 of 2026.
