Respondent Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.,to relax the condition as the petitioner daily report before the respondent Police by twice per day at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., in Crl.O.P.No.11737 of 2020 dated 04.08.2020 in Crime No.2563 of 2020 pending on the file of the respondent police. ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11737 of 2020 dated 04.08.2020, to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11737 of 2020 dated 04.08.2020, is modified. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, after lifting of the lockdown or the commencement of the Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered.
