The petitioner filed this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition with a prayer to withdraw the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.1003 of 2014 from the file of Famil Court, Coimbatore and to transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Chennai.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that during the currency of this transfer petition, the parties have arrived at a compromise. According to the learned counsel, the parties have started living together. Though they filed an application before the Family Court, Coimbatore, to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.1003 of 2014, the learned Trial Judge was not inclined to grant permission, in view of the interim order granted by this Court.
3. Since the parties have settled the matter, there is no question of transfer of proceedings. The learned Family Court Judge, Coimbatore, is directed to take up the memo filed by the parties, for withdrawal of H.M.O.P.No.1003 of 2014 and pass appropriate orders, taking into account the compromise arrived at between the parties.
