Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Permit the Petitioner to Withdraw from the above Writ Petition (WMP No.16609 of 2017) pending disposal IN WP.15540/2013). Order : This petition coming on for orders upon

perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.KAVITHA RAMESHWAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.KING & PARTRIDEE,ADVOCATE FOR R1 & R2 of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Mr.M.Sundaraganapathy/10th writ petitioner filed this miscellaneous petition for withdrawing himself from the writ petition. On previous occasion, except the 9th petitioner all other petitioners were permitted to withdraw from the above writ petition from adjudicating the same. Presently, the 10th writ petitioner, Mr.M.Sundaraganapathy, seeks permission to withdraw from the litigation.

In such circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw from the writ petition. The writ petition stands dismissed insofar as the 10th writ petitioner is concerned. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
