Common Prayer:- Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records, of the order passed by the third respondent, in Letter No.KO32/2018, dated 19.07.2018, and to quash the same and to consequently, to direct the third respondent to allot the work for restoration-Kudimaramathu-water bodies for the Thavadipattur Eri and Madhavacherry Eri respectively for the fasli year 1428-1429 (2018-2019) to the petitioner, as per G.O. (Ms.) No.12, Public Works (W1) Department, dated 21.01.2017, and Tamil Nadu Farmers Management of Irrigation Systems Act, 2000.
