A.No.3327 of 2023 in O.P.No.1050 of 2019 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., This Court on 20.02.2023 in O.P.No.1050 of 2019 recorded a Joint Memo of Compromise entered into between the parties to the dispute and in terms of the said Joint Memo of Compromise had disposed of the said O.P. However, the applicants have filed the instant application, seeking for removal of certain pages in the said order, as they are irrelevant.

2. The respondents, who are the other parties to the Joint Memo of Compromise are represented by a learned counsel. On instructions, she would submit that the application can be allowed as prayed for, as the pages sought to be deleted viz., page Nos.14 to 17 in respect of plan of property and general power of attorney from the decree dated 20.02.2023 made in O.P.No.1050 of 2019 are irrelevant.

3. This Court has also perused and examined the order dated 20.02.2023 as well as the Joint Memo of Compromise, based on which the order dated 20.02.2023 was passed in O.P.No.1050 of 2019 and is in 1/3

agreement with the submissions made by the respective counsels for allowing this application.

4. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for. Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy in terms of today's order to the respective counsels, by incorporating the necessary corrections. 04.07.2023 ab 2/3
