ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been preferred seeking direction for early disposal of the suit filed by the revision petitioner in OS.No.109/2019 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tiruppur.
2. The revision petitioner who is the plaintiff has filed the suit for declaration of injunction. It is relied to learn that the suit is pending for framing of issues.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the plaintiff is a senior citizen who is 78 years old and taking into consideration of his age and other attending circumstances of the case, a direction should be given to the learned trial Judge for early disposal of the suit.
4. Since the revision petitioner/plaintiff prays for early disposal of the suit and the suit has also almost reached the stage of trial, it will be appropriate if the petitioner could close the petition filed for temporary injunction and conduct the trial itself.

5. Taking into consideration of the age of the plaintiff it will be appropriate if the learned trial Judge expeditious the hearing and dispose the suit as early as possible.
Thus, the present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of and the learned trial Judge is directed to expeditious the hearing of the suit in OS.No.109 of 2019 and disposed of the same as early as possible. No costs. 30.06.2022 Index : Yes/No Speaking Order : Yes / No jrs 3/4
