Prayer: These Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent herein to consider and pass orders on the petitioners respective Applications dated 26/06/2015, 11.06.2015 and 25.06.2015 respectively 09.06.2015 for the grant of share auto permit forthwith.

C O M M O N O R D E R These writ petitions have been filed by the petitioners seeking the common relief of issuing a Writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Regional Transport Authority concerned to consider and pass orders on the respective applications of the petitioners for the grant of share auto permit, forthwith.
2. Mr.S.Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respective respondent.
3. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioners, these writ petitions are disposed of by directing the respondent concerned to consider and pass appropriate orders on the respective applications of the petitioners for grant of share auto permit, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
No costs.
