Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to comply the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.4071 & 4068 of 2021 vide order dated 29.04.2021 in Crime No.16 & 06 of 2018 on the file of respondent police. (Crl.M.P.NO.No.6976 & 6977 of 2021 IN CRL OP.4071 & 4068/2021) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.SATHISH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petitions have been filed to extend time to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.4068 and 4071 of 2021 vide order dated 10.08.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. This Court, vide order dated 10.08.2018 directed each of the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- Rupees Two Lakhs only) to the credit of crime Nos.16 and 06 and 2018. ,

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are ready to deposit the amount by way of Demand Draft.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is ordered and the petitioner are permitted to deposit the amount by way of Demand Draft.
