This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in the paragraph No.4 of the Crl.M.P.No.10871 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.16427 of 2018 dated 21.08.2018.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
