ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent Police not to harass the petitioner except by due process of law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case arises out of a love affair between the petitioner and the defacto complainant. It is further submitted that an earlier Current Paper Enquiry was compromised between the parties. Subsequently, the defacto complaint lodged a fresh complaint on 26.03.2026 and an FIR came to be registered against the petitioner in Crime No.7 of 2026 for the offence under Section 69 of BNS 2023.

3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
