The revision petitioners herein are the defendants in the suit.

2. The above Transfer C.M.P. has been filed to withdraw the suit in O.S.No.271 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thiruvottiyur and to transfer the same to some other District Munsif Court on the ground that the District Munsif Court, Thiruvottiyur is interfering at the time when P.W.1 was deposing in the witness box.

3. Based on such allegations, this court cannot entertain the Transfer C.M.P. filed under section 24 of C.P.C..

4. The Transfer C.M.P is dismissed with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
