ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been preferred for early disposal of the suit in OS.No.258 of 2019 which is pending on the file of the learned Principal Sub ordinate Judge, Tindivanam.

2. The petitioner is the plaintiff in the suit. He has filed a suit for recovery of money on the basis of the promissory note.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case dairy would show that the case was repeatedly adjourned for framing of issues; and considering the money claim made in the suit and in order to save the interest of the parties a direction should be given to the learned trial Judge for speedy disposal.

4. From the status report received from the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Tindivanam, it is seen that the suit is posted for framing of issues for several hearings and the matter did not move to the next stage of the proceedings. It would be better if the learned trial Judge bestow his best attention to dispose the suit at the earliest. It is seen that the suit was posted for framing issues and the trail judge has also assured that the matter will be disposed expeditiously.

5. Considering the report submitted by the Additional Subordinate Judge, Tindivanam, the present Civil Revision Petition is closed. The learned 2/4

trial Judge is directed to dispose of the suit in OS.No.258 of 2019 as early as possible. No costs.
