ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the complaint dated 12.07.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in respect of the sale transaction, the petitioner's husband Karthikeyan has lodged a complaint, based on which, petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 09.07.2016. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
