(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.07.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

147, 148, 341, 294(b), 326, 506(ii), 307 of IPC and Section 12 of POCSO Act, in Crime No. 795 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2 The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that A1/Palanivel, A2/Aravindan, A4/Moorthy, A5/Vinoth, A6/Balasubramanium, have been detained under Act 14 vide COC.Nos.40, 41, 43, 42 & 44, dated 28.08.2020.

3 At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition in respect of the third accused viz., Praveen. 4 In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels, Crl.O.P.No.13654 of 2020 stands dismissed as withdrawn in respect of the fourth petitioner viz., Praveen and closed in respect of A2/Aravindan, A4/Moorthy, A5/Vinoth, A6/Balasubramanium and Crl.O.P.No.13659/2020 stands closed.
