This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the Principal Sessions Judge, Cuddalore District on every Monday till framing of charges and again every Monday, till the primary witnesses are examined and thereafter during hearing dates except for unforeseen circumstances in Crl.O.P.No.24565 of 2023 dated 01.11.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and final report is filed.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court hearings regularly without fail.
