Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the fifth respondent to dispose of the representation dated 27.06.2018 sent by the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Mr. P.Raja, the learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. With the consent of the learned counsels on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal.

3. The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that while she was working as a B.T.Assistant in the seventh respondent school, she has been transferred to eighth respondent school. Hence, she made a representation on 27.06.2018 to the fifth respondent, requesting to transfer her from eighth respondent school to seventh respondent school. Since, no action has been taken on the same, till date, she has filed this Writ Petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, so also Mr.P.Raja, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

5. After hearing the learned counsels appearing for the parties and taking note of the nature of relief sought for, this petition stands disposed of at the stage of admission without seeking reply affidavit with a direction to the fifth respondent to take an informed and considered decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.06.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediments. However, it is made clear that this Court has expressed no opinion on the merits of the representation and this order should not be construed as mandate to consider the representation, in any particular manner.
