2. The petitioner has approached this Court stating that her husband viz., M.K.Abdul Khader, S/o. Mohammed Kassim, aged about 35 years has been missing after the Police came in search of him.
3. Mrs.M.Prabhavathi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor who takes notice on behalf of the respondents would submit that the petitioner's husband/detenu is involved in a kidnapping case which also relates to Hawala transaction. The petitioner's husband is a history sheeter and he has been arrested in Crime No. 956 of 2020 dated 22.08.2020 under Sections 419, 364 (a), 324, 342, 464, 465, 468, 392 r/w 395 of I.P.C.
4. Since the petitioner's husband has been legally arrested, invoking certain provisions of I.P.C. along with other accused, this Petition is closed.
