The petitioner is the wife of the respondent. She has filed the above Transfer C.M.P. to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.257 of 2014 on the file of Family Court, Coimbatore and to transfer the same to the Family Court, Salem to be tried along with F.C.O.P.No.294 of 2015.

2. In view of section 19 of the Hindu Marriage Act, H.M.O.P. may be tried at the place where the wife resides.

3. In these circumstances, I direct for withdrawal of H.M.O.P.No.257 of 2014 on the file of Family Court, Coimbatore and to transfer the same to the Family Court, Salem to be tried along with F.C.O.P.No.294 of 2015.
