Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS to call for the records of the 2nd respondent bearing No.01/SP(HG)/2018/OW-300, dated 05.12.2018 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner into service with continuity of service and back wages and other service benefits.

The very same petitioner has filed another Writ Petition in WP.No.33583 of 2022 in which an order has been passed to consider the representation of the petitioner. Subsequently, the petitioner's representation was considered and thereafter an order dated 10.11.2022 has been passed.
