This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners/accused to quash the FIR in Crime No.6 of 2024 dated 09.01.2024 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Veppanthattai, Perambalur through e-filing No.LTN20220002728C202500065.

3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the 2 nd respondent, notice to the 2 nd respondent is dispensed with.
