JUDGMENT

The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is directed against the decree and judgment dated 08.01.2007 made in MCOP.No.191 of 2004 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal and Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court No.V, Coimbatore at Tirupur.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.N.Anand, learned Counsel appearing for the appellant Transport Corporation would fairly submit that the award itself is only for Rs.10,000/- and there is no grounds much less valid grounds raised by them in this appeal. So, he would pray to pass suitable orders in this regard.

Recording the submission of the learned Counsel for the appellant Transport Corporation, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed confirming the award passed by the court below.
