The Writ Petition has been filed seeking for an order of Mandamus to consider the case of the petitioner on medical grounds for the admission to NEET-P.G 2018 in management quota. According to the petitioner, during the crucial period, he fell sick with jaundice and consequently, could not satisfy the eligibility condition which stipulated that on or before 31.03.2018, he should have completed one year of internship. petitioner did not complete one year of internship. The reason given is that he fell sick.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the respondents also. 3.The learned counsel for the respondents stated that the respondents are handicapped, since they are not aware of the facts of the case and no representation was given regarding the same. The petitioner is permitted to give detailed representation, including necessary certificates along with the copy of this order. Such representation should be forwarded to the respondents by 18.05.2018. On receipt of such representation, the respondents are directed to dispose of the same on merits, on or before 24.05.2018.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
