The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2024 to carry out retotalling of 1st and 2nd theory papers of Human Anatomy. Mr.R.Sathyamoorthy, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that there is a provision for re-totalling. But it is agreed that there is no provision for revaluation. 3.

However, Mr.G.Arumugam, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent would submit that there is no provision even for re-totalling.

In the absence of any provision, this Court cannot consider the writ petition. Only if the scheme is available for re-totalling or revaluation of Page No.2 of 4

answer papers, the application submitted by the students/petitioner are to be considered. Therefore, the respondents are directed to verify, whether there is a provision for re-totalling and in the event of any provision, the application submitted by the petitioner is to be considered. 5.
