Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records relating to the detention order in Memo No.122/BCDFGISSSV/2025 dated 03.03.2025 passed by the 2nd respondent under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and set

aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband namely Kuralarasan, S/o.Iraniyan, aged about 36 years, the detenu, now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, before this Court and set him at liberty.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.1939, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 11.04.2025, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.

2. Recording the above submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
