This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vridhachalam, Cuddalore District, to dispose of the petition in CMP No.7216 of 2024 in M.C.No.15 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitoner and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vridhachalam, Cuddalore District is directed to dispose of the petition in CMP No.7216 of 2024 in M.C.No.15 of 2021 pending on its file on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
