Aggrieved over the long pendency, the subsequent purchaser/7th defendant seeks a direction for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.283 of 2013 pending on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Salem.
2. From the records, it is seen that the suit is pending at the stage of written statement after impleading the respondents.
3. Considering the long pendency and without going into the merits of the case, a direction is given to the II Additional District Judge, Salem, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.283 of 2013 within a period of nine months from the date of resumption of physical hearing of the Courts. 2/4
With the above lines, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
