ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the on the complaint dated 11.06.2016, given by the petitioner and to enquire the case within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a case in Cr.No.326 of 2016 has been registered on 04.05.2016 for offences under Sections 294(b), 506(i) IPC, based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
