This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2024 for cancellation of patta in the name of 3rd respondent, based on the 2nd respondent's Memo in Oo.Mu.No.3269/2023/A3 dated 11.09.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is the case of the writ petitioner that she has given a representation to the 2nd respondent to consider her request for cancellation of patta standing in the name of the third respondent, based on the memo of the 2nd respondent dated 11.09.2023. As no action was taken by respondents, she has filed this writ petition.

4. Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.01.2024 for cancellation of patta, on merits and in accordance with law, Page 2/4

after giving notice to 3rd respondent or any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
