(Made by Dr.Anita Sumanth, J.) Writ of mandamus is sought directing R1 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.12.2025 for his pre-mature release.

2. The petitioner is a convict lodged in Central Prison, Vellore.

3. Mr.Malarvannan, learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side), accedes to the receipt of representation dated 31.12.2025 and since the same is still pending, there is a direction to R1 to consider the same and pass orders in accordance with the extant Government Orders within a period of four (4) weeks from today.
