ORDER: This Petition coming on for Extension of time on Eighteenth day of August Two Thousand Twenty One and perusing the earlier order dated 12.03.2020 and 1.letter dated 21.09.2020 vide D.No.482/2020 from the Additional District Munsif, Thiruvallur 2. letter dated 28.06.2021 vide D.No.256/2021 from the Additional District Munsif, Thiruvallur, 3.

letter dated 30.06.2021 vide D.No.4116/A/2021 from the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur, this court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 13.03.2019, disposed of the above revision petition with a direction to the Additional District Munsif, Tiruvallur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.300 of 2018 on or before 31.07.2019.

2. At request of the learned Additional District Munsif, Tiruvallur by letters dated 16.09.2019 and 06.02.2020, this Court had earlier extended time for three months in two occasions to comply with the order of this Court. Now, the Registry has placed a letter dated 28.06.2021 received from the Additional District Munsif, Tiruvallur, seeking further extension of time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.300 of 2018 connected with O.S.No.378 of 2011.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned for extension of time. Accordingly, further six months time is granted to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.300 of 2018 connected with O.S.No.378 of 2011.
