This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondent police to conduct enquiry and register a case in respect of the complaint dated 22.06.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 22.06.2020 for the very same allegations in which the petitioner was issued C.S.R.No.80 of 2020. After conducting detailed enquiry, the complaint was closed on 13.03.2020.

Again the petitioner lodged complaint on 22.06.2020 for the same set of allegations, and the same was also closed after conducting detailed enquiry on 08.08.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recoding the said submission, made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as devoid of merits.
